1. A wide variety of joinery is used in production to ensure stability and the highest quality. Product is either glued and nailed, or glued, screwed and plugged. All nail holes are filled with a water based putty. Most products ship fully assembled. Custom sizes are available, with minimum quantities determined by the VP of Operations.

1. EFY Contemporary designs use Ash solids and Ash veneers. EFY Transitional designs use Maple solids and Maple veneers. Veneers are laid up on either MDF or Particle Board core. Most EFY designs are constructed of veneers and trimmed out in solid hardwood. Some designs are veneered and edge banded. Note: Ash is very similar to Oak in that it is an open-grained select hardwood. Some EFY designs are constructed in MDF (Medium Density Fiberboard).

1. EFY has 8 stains and 12 paints that are water based. It is the company's corporate policy to not use solvent based finish products that may be harmful to the environment and to our associates.
2. Any Ash or Maple product is available in any paint or stain finish. MDF products are only available in painted finishes.
3. Our best selling finish is the Java stain... Our second best selling finish is the Mahogany stain... Our most poplar painted finish is Ebony, which is a black paint.

1. EFY uses single and double walled corrugation for outer packing and air bags and corrugated and/or polystyrene corners as inner packing.
2. All items that ship freight are palletized and shrink wrapped. If your shipment arrives loose, please contact EFY immediately and check for damages.

1. EFY ships either 3rd party billed or freight collect. The company advises freight quotes. If you work with a particular freight company, please let us know.
2. If a freight damage occurs, to get reimbursed you must report the incident to the carrier within 48 hours. We will assist you in any way possible to get a damage issue resolved. NOTE: If a claim is not reported within 48 hours, EFY is not responsible for freight damages. You must inspect your shipment upon arrival.

1. EFY is a custom manufacturer that builds to order. The company does not carry inventory. Lead time is typically 4-6 weeks.

1. There is no minimum opening order or reorder. The company "highly recommends" minimum orders of $1,000 or more to help spread the cost of freight over several pieces.

1. First orders are pre-payment, Visa, MasterCard or Am Exp. Credit card information is needed at the time of the order. If you would like to go Net 30 on your first order, credit references must be sent to EFY.
2. EFY factors all Net 30 invoices. If you would like to apply for credit, please fax your credit information to the company or give it to your sales representative at the time the order is written. If your order cannot be factored, it must to be paid by credit card or company check at the time the order is entered into production. Without credit card information or a company check, your order will not be processed.
